How can I send you my bills?

You can fax your bills to us at (703) 842-8950, or you can mail them to us at:

However, in our opinion, the best option is to call your creditors and change the billing address to our P.O. Box listed above. This ensures the quickest turnaround time for paying the bills. We also scan a copy of each of your bills, so if you ever need a copy, we can provide it to you.


When is my rent going to be mailed?

We mail rent checks on the 2nd of every month. If this is unacceptable to your landlord, we are happy to call them directly to try to set up another arrangement.


How frequently will I receive money for my groceries, spending?

Most clients will be mailed a check for groceries and spending on a weekly basis. In other cases, we will mail just two checks per month (one at the beginning of the month and one on the 15th). This decision largely depends on what works best for you, which is determined by you, your mental health professional, and us.
