What do I need to do in order to become a client?
All you need to do is complete our new client application, return it to us, and we take care of the rest! If we have any questions after receiving your application, we will contact you.
How do I get a copy of the new client application?
Just give us a call at (434) 316-3942, and we'll figure out the best way to get a copy of the application to you. We are able to send it by email, fax, or regular mail.
Once I send my completed application back to you, how long will it take for you to become my rep payee?
As soon as we receive your application, we open a new rep payee bank account to manage your funds. Then we complete an application to the Social Security Administration to become your rep payee, and turn it in to them. Typically, we have applications submitted to Social Security within a week of receiving them. The average turnaround time for Social Security to process the application is 4 to 6 weeks. After Social Security has approved the rep payee, we should receive your income the next time it is due.
